Thank you so much for your willingness to love and serve the children at Calvary Ellensburg. Teaching children about their Savior is a wonderful way to serve the Lord and we know you will be blessed as well as them.
The following questions are designed to help us get to know you better. All those who work with our children are required to turn in this application before we can place them in a ministry position. The information requested is of a personal nature. The purpose for this is to ensure safety and accountability among our children and volunteers. It is not meant to offend or cause any doubts about your ability to serve in this ministry.
We want to encourage you that all information is kept confidential and in a secure locked area. If you are uncomfortable with or have questions regarding the information requested, please feel free to speak with the Children’s Ministry team. Please mail your application to the church at 504 E. Mountain View Ave. suite #4, Ellensburg, WA 98926 or hand deliver to a Children’s Ministry coordinator. We need to have your application completed in its entirety and on file in order to allow you to serve in this ministry.

3. The relationship between Calvary Ellensburg and volunteers is an “at will” arrangement, and it may be terminated at any time without cause by either the volunteer or Calvary Ellensburg.
